The Classictic Group operates an e-commerce platform for the global distribution of tickets to international live performances, such as classical concerts, operas, and ballet performances. They are an authorized ticketing service partner, cooperating directly with arts organizations and performers worldwide to provide official and secure ticket bookings.


Classictic reached out to Smart IT after our company was recommended through the client’s network, when they were searching for developers well-versed in PHP development. Smart IT was selected along with another company, with which it ended up co-developing the project. The client had wanted to improve the website user experience and speed up feature release cycles.
