Celebrity Social Network Application for Starverse

Our Clients were the CTO and Founder of a small technology startup, Starverse, that intended to bridge the gap between celebrities and their fandom. The project would establish a social network for actors, musicians, and other superstars, where they could promote and sell personalized services to their fans, such as an online meeting with their idol or custom merchandise.

Brief

Picking up where a previous team of software developers had just started, but failed to live up to expectations, Smart IT worked closely together with the  application founders to flesh out the product vision, develop the functional requirements, technical specification, and product design. Besides that the company’s team of dedicated software engineers did all of the coding for the web and mobile applications practically from the ground-up.

As it turned out, the Client had only developed a basic concept and had a vague idea of the feature set that would be available to both the famous personalities, and their followers.
